This remodel added over
1100 sq. ft. of habitable space, as well as a 300 square foot detached
pool house and third bay in the garage. The main home was enlarged in
five areas including the master bedroom and bath, foyer,
kitchen/breakfast room and the music/game room. The collaboration of a
talented design team resulted in a sensitive enhancement of all exterior
elevations and interior spaces which enabled the owners to gracefully
and elegantly entertain large groups of friends and family on a much
larger scale than they originally envisioned. The result is the creation
of a California Spanish hacienda of exceptional scale, proportion and
used of materials, finishes and texture.
