2009 Addition $100,000 - $250,000
Moving the entry from the
side of the house to the front and adding a craftsman-style gable roof,
stone and cedar accents and fluted columns provided the defined and
inviting entrance the family desired. The original entry opened directly
into a cluttered area that was used as both an eating area and a family
room. By removing the home's entry door from the dining room and adding
400 sq. ft., a separate dining area, family room (complete with built-in
home theatre system and gas fireplace) and an additional bedroom for the
family's little girl were created.
