The
existing bathroom in this 1980’s home had an inefficient layout and
uninspired finishes. The poor design caused challenges when getting
ready in the morning. The tub and poorly situated walk-in closet
occupied the majority of the space, leaving little room for a shower,
vanity counter-space or storage. By removing all of the existing
interior walls and relocating the walk-in closet and water closet, a
functional floorplan was created. A favorite Caribbean vacation spot
provided the inspiration for the interior design elements including a
vibrant color palate, island pebbles, glass water crystals and a
Vetrazzo recycled glass counter-top.
