Historic Renovation
The objective of this project was to remodel
and restore the historic elements of a 1900 Summit-Hill home, focusing
on the kitchen, secondary bathroom, and dining/office spaces, while
enhancing functionality for ongoing family use.
The project was approached with a strategic balance of preserving the
home's unique character and integrating modern upgrades. Including,
maintaining the original architectural features, maximizing natural
light throughout the spaces, and incorporating creative storage
solutions through custom cabinetry. These efforts elevated both the
aesthetic and practical aspects of the home while ensuring it remains a
piece of St. Paul history.
