Originally
built in 1915, this charming beachside bungalow had undergone numerous
renovations, resulting in awkward rooms that were hard to furnish or
even prepare a simple meal. Worse, our client lacked a connection to the
outdoors, making it difficult to enjoy the beautiful climate.
We
transformed it into a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, two-story home that
seamlessly connects with the outdoors, reflects the community's
character, and features vibrant colors expressing the family's exuberant
nature. Best of all the garage opens to the back, and the front opens to
the garden, creating an entertainment space that spans the property's
length.
