This 4,100 sf urban home was preserved and expanded by 400 sf. A new modern kitchen opens to the new family room and new light filled stair hall. On the second floor we designed a new Master Suite with custom built in closets, and a loft space in the attic along with an additional bedroom, full bath, and kitchenette. We improved the front porch with a new traditional portico entry and new front door with custom arched transom. We rebuilt the arched bay window and arched windows on the front of the house for balanced proportions and an elegant feel.
