Renovation
This renovation of a 1917 Georgian Colonial
overlooking Lake Michigan transformed a compartmentalized layout into an
open, elegant home.
By removing a central stair and separating
wall, the design expanded lake views and improved flow between the
kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Traditional details were preserved
while modern comforts including added seating options, expanded storage,
and layered lighting were seamlessly integrated. Updated furnishings and
finishes brighten the interiors and support the homeowners’ love of
entertaining.
The result is a timeless, welcoming home
that balances classic character with modern functionality.
