A dysfunctional deck was
replaced with a new covered porch that gave the homeowners everything
they wanted. A custom stone fireplace that featured two wood burning
fireplaces was the focal point of the space. Stained tongue and groove
ceilings and dark railings and trim further accented the space on the
inside, while a standing seam metal roof kept it all dry. A separate
grill deck and lower patio provided additional spaces for entertaining
and cooking. The once useless space was now the family's favorite place
in the whole house.
