This project transformed a
cramped, dimly lit kitchen in a century-old Craftsman Bungalow into an
airy, bright culinary retreat. While respecting the home's architectural
heritage, we created a modern, functional space featuring a
sophisticated black and white palette with European farmhouse elements.
The transitional design maintains clean lines with subtle detailing. We
overcame manufacturing limitations by ordering white cabinet boxes and
black doors separately, then assembling on-site. The finished kitchen
artfully balances black, white, and warm cherry wood finishes,
delivering the refined aesthetic with French Country charm that
perfectly fulfills the client's vision.
