The scope of work was to create a new garage in a tight alley that would serve as a charging station. One of the design goals for this project was to help create a sense of peace and tranquility for the homeowner and his family within the crowded and sometimes noisy confines of a historical row house neighborhood. A little sanctuary at the beginning and end of each day, and a shelter for the homeowner’s beloved Tesla. The scale of design and detail help unify and energize this stretch of the existing alley scape.
