2009 Whole House Remodel $250,000
- $500,000
National Winner
The objective was to
maximize the home's river view and incorporate a resort-like feel
without compromising the structure's compatibility with its
neighborhood. The interior was opened up and ceiling detail added to
create texture and depth. Sliding glass doors were added to the sitting
area. A master suite with lanai was added to the end of the home
featuring sliding glass doors, and retractable screens were incorporated
into the lanai structure. The lap pool addition compliments the shape
of the home, the lot, and the view. This is a simple remodel focusing on
line and design control.
