and frustration for all involved. The first emergency service was
completed and the reconstruction was being brought to conclusion when
the arsonist lit the apartment building on fire again, causing 133% more
damage, a second emergency service and second reconstruction project.
Documentation of the separate insurance claims with our first
reconstruction project, yet uncompleted, required good communication and
organization to reduce confusion and frustrations with staff, suppliers,
subcontractors, building officials, insurance adjuster and management
company, allowing the company to meet the restoration goals.
