2004 State Remodeler of the Year
The homeowners were looking for a larger deck area that
would be maintenance free and add beauty and value to their home. The
pre-existing deck was demolished and a new multi-level deck was built.
The maintenance-free aspects were of critical importance, which made
this a perfect project for Trex decking. The entire deck was made from
Trex, except for the rails which were made out of SYP and painted to
match the trim on the house. A trellis with a swing was added to provide
a relaxing view of the children in the yard and a haven where their
vines could grow.
The owners were thrilled with their new "hassle-free" deck, stating that
it "more than exceeded their expectations".
