2010 Best Residential Specialty Item

Wanting their new condominium to reflect a contemporary elegance, while adding built-in functionality, these owners were inspired to put their own signature on this new, yet lack-luster space. The list of the client’s areas of focus for visual and utilitarian improvements:

·     A visual “wow” when either entering or leaving the space.

·     Display and storage space was needed to accommodate thirty-plus years of collecting antiques, sculptures, artwork, textiles, books and fine wine from around the world.

·     Closet space was needed to accommodate his and her dressing areas.

·      Desk space was needed for a new home office.

·      Additional storage was needed for china, stemware and pantry
 items.

Through the use of extensive millwork in each room, this condominium was transformed into a chic, yet functional, sanctuary.
