2018 Regional Best Residential Historic Renovation

A simple request to be closer to grandchildren lead us down the path of a full renovation to a turn of the century home in one of Atlanta's historic designation neighborhoods. Though only very minor details could be changed along the front elevation, the once dated and gloomy home found new life with a remarkable renovation. Additional square footage was added to accommodate an open and well appointed living area with gourmet kitchen as well as a new master suite and 3 bay garage. No room was untouched in the process and the end result is a seamless beauty.
