2017 Basement Remodel

The overall intent was to carry the design intent of the elegant main floor into the Terrace Level without competing with it. The media room was upgraded to a casual home theatre environment and the former bar was expanded with an island, bar seating and a suite of appliances.

The bathroom was completely gutted and remodeled with striking design and a soothing palette of contemporary tile patterns. The designers selected an LVT plank-style flooring for the main rooms, carpet for the home theater and a diamond tile inset pattern for the wine room.
