This homeowner desired to open up their floor plan and create a completely open concept. In order to accomplish this, two steel beams spanning over 35 feet were used to remove all the load bearing walls and create a seamless transition from the kitchen to the other living spaces. The large walk-in pantry and laundry room were hidden behind cabinet doors and two casement windows frame the hood and island.
