This
house was transformed according to the owner’s desire to create an
energy efficient masterpiece and a comfortable place to socialize with a
growing family and friends. Adding twelve feet to the left side of the
house, re-engineering the entire roof structure, reconfiguring the main
level interior walls and basement allowed for a spacious great room
including kitchenette, two private offices, larger bedrooms and custom
cabinetry installed in every possible space. The entire plumbing,
electrical and mechanical systems were updated. The end result was a
comfortable, functional and inviting home…exactly what the customer
ordered.
