The original home was
built in 1958 and had never before been updated or remodeled. The new
owners required that every aspect of the interior be changed, so
everything was removed except the exterior wall studs and the roof. The
original design of the home was in the shape of an “H”, which caused the
residents to be separated into one area of the home at a time. The new
design creates a more inviting ad comfortable flow to the home. By
combining the living rooms and the kitchen areas they were able to keep
the same number of bedrooms, but offer larger baths and storage areas.
The result is an entirely new and up-to-date residence. The entire
project was completed in 120 days.
