This remodel was
undertaken to increase the profitability of the store by adding a lube
bay, meeting the needs of the community and strengthening the brand by
elegant design. It gave the store a modern look and feel, packaged with
new unmatched efficiency. With a collaborative approach, Fine Custom Construction
was able to meed and exceed the specifications of the client. We
maintained effective communication between the architect,
sub-contractors and the client to preemptively solve potential conflicts
