This remodel uses the quality not quantity design philosophy. Moving the front door and the interior stairs gave way to an open Great Room, focused on the beautiful view of the lake. The home remains modest with 2 master suites, bathrooms and storage areas. All rooms have cross-ventilation and views of the sunset over the lake. Durability and ease of maintenance continues with the original oak wood floors, new tile in bathrooms, granite countertops, built-in cabinetry and wood trim throughout. An energy analysis was used to evaluate long-term cost savings of materials and systems.
