This design/build project encompassed a Master Suite addition. The homeowners were combining households and found that their new home didn’t quite have the space they wanted. The challenge was giving them the extra square footage they needed without encroaching on their swimming pool space. We utilized and existing bedroom space while adding just enough additional square footage to accommodate the Master Suite; allowing the spacious outdoor entertaining area to remain intact. Contemporary finishes give the space an updated and sophisticated look that suits the homeowners taste and style. It is now a Master Suite with plenty of room for two.
