This project involved a
1920s bungalow, with an early 1990s second floor addition made with an
EIFS stucco system. The owner wanted a new kitchen, a larger family
room, a new master bathroom, home office, and a large master closet. In
addition, all the original single-pane wood windows were replaced with
Pella clad architect windows. The EIFS system was removed and re-stuccoed
with a hardcoat system.
