This family wanted a
design for their first floor living areas that would improve the
function for their daily living needs as well as allow entertaining at
least 18 people. Staying within the original footprint of their home, we
removed walls and reoriented all areas resulting in an open floor plan
between the glamorous new kitchen, dining room, seating area, breakfast
nook and family room. The finishes of each area is neutral for permanent
fixtures such as cabinetry and tile for potential future buyers, yet
unique and creative for this homeowners own style.
