Basement Remodel under $100,000
Team Members: Ivory + Bone Interiors -
Newburyport, MA
This project upgraded the
homeowner's original 1891 Victorian unfinished basement that was dark,
cramped, and closed off. Due to the age and configuration of the
basement, the crew came across various installation and design
challenges - however, we were able to develop creative and functional
solutions to deliver a high-quality finished product. The basement was
complete with a dedicated billiard room with a custom helmet wall, a
separate exercise room, and a game room with a pull-down projector.
